To achieve our vision and mission, we adhere to a few simple, but important, guiding principles:
Help our engineers grow
We aspire to be the technology resource for our customers. That means we have to stay abreast of emerging technologies. We invest in top talent and ongoing training. Our engineers have a “tools budget,” money they can spend on technologies that allow them to experiment and learn more about their areas of interest. We also keep a large inventory of hardware and software for our engineers to “play with.” We do this because having well-trained, curious, up-to-date engineers means our customers get smarter solutions.
Focus on recruiting
We have a dedicated recruiter on staff, who continually searches for top candidates and keeps a database of prospects so that hasty hiring decisions are a thing of the past.
Build the future of automation
We support programs that get students involved in engineering and automation sciences. We believe our society is well served by keeping a steady flow of engineers coming from our universities, and we work to make sure that happens.
Support our communities
Through sponsorships and volunteerism, we support many organizations that do good work in our communities and across the nation. A few examples are The Boys and Girls Club, FIRST Robotics Team, and Lego League.
